Part-time Adult Programs Director

Active mid-size congregation in Belmont, MA seeks an energetic and engaging Adult Programs Advisor to work closely with the Adult Programs Committee to develop activities and programs based on committee and congregation interest.  The Advisor plans and coordinates those activities, retreats, arranging for volunteers, space, speakers, visitors, and resources and attends multiple events for oversight and facilitation.  The Advisor oversees publicity for various programs including the Adult Programs brochure, Adult Program announcement emails, newsletter articles, order of service notices, updating calendar and the website and updates the weekly hall calendar.  

In addition, the Advisor works closely with the Senior Minister and The Ministry Programs Committee to develop and support various ministry programs, including the selection and training of facilitators.  The Advisor also helps to launch new groups and to coordinate the admission of new members into ongoing groups. This position reports directly to the Senior Minister.
