Clara Barton and Mass Bay Districts recognize that congregational leaders - both clergy and lay - navigate enormous complexity. Creating and maintaining healthy, vibrant congregations involves ongoing learning about people, processes, systems and trends. Each year, we offer trainings, convocations and webinars in a variety of areas such as staff evaluation, strategic planning, adaptive leadership, worship, team building and much more.

Our Learning Congregation series is specially designed for teams of leaders to gain the connection, confidence and skill they need to work effectively together for common cause.

We also offer a Church Staff Start Up workshop and Collegial Conversations for Ministers and DREs.
