Designed for congregational teams with new staff members, this workshop, offers suggestions on

  • how to build a team culture
  • how to understand the mission of your work as a staff team
  • how to negotiate relationships with lay leaders.

Cost: $25 per person (includes lunch).

This start up is being offered in Mass Bay District, but teams from Clara Barton congregations are also welcome.
