Massachusetts Bay District Presidents and Ministers Convocation

Location: First Parish Church in Weston

The relationship between the president and minister has a profound effect on the health and vitality of a congregation - for better or worse. Because of this, our faith calls both to invest in that relationship. This workshop provides the tools and opportunity for ministers and presidents to:

• Explore their current views of the congregation and its future
• Understand how their roles interact to serve the mission of the congregation
• Discuss how individual work styles and realistic expectations can create a healthy working relationship

This workshop is intended for ministers and presidents who attend, together, as a team. It will be especially valuable for presidents who are new to the role and ministers who are new to their congregation. But president-minister pairs from all congregations can benefit and are heartily invited.
