Immigration Policy:
Its Impact on People
- What does it mean to “protect our borders”?
- What are the “immigration walls” here, in Western Massachusetts?
- What does this mean to UUs and others who care?
Come to an engaging presentation on these and other issues surrounding immigration.
There will be a viewing of the documentary, “Lost in Detention" - an episode from PBS Frontline - pizza & refreshments, and discussion with representatives from the Alliance to Develop Power. We will also hear from UU Mass Action's director, Jesse Jaeger, on budding plans for Justice GA and the work that UU Mass Action is doing on immigration rights and how you might be involved.
Bring your questions, your open mind, and your compassion.
